These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.studiodamla.com and the services provided by STUDIO DAMLA GmbH.

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, purchasing an E-Design Package, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH provides professional interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior Design Consultation

  • E-Design Packages

  • Residential Interior Design

  • Commercial Interior Design

  • Space Planning

  • Interior Styling

  • Furniture & Material Selection

  • Color Consultation

  • Design Concepts

  • Project Coordination

  • On-site Design Consultation

The exact scope of work is defined in the respective proposal, package description, quotation, or written agreement.

3. Booking & Contract

A contract is formed once:

  • an E-Design Package is purchased,

  • a consultation is booked,

  • a written quotation is accepted,

  • or STUDIO DAMLA GmbH confirms the booking in writing.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payment

Payments may be made via:

  • Credit Card

  • TWINT

  • Bank Transfer

Depending on the project, full payment or a deposit may be required before work begins.

Invoices are payable within the payment period stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in delayed project delivery.

6. E-Design Services

E-Design is a digital interior design service delivered remotely.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate:

  • room measurements

  • photographs

  • floor plans (if available)

  • design preferences

  • budget information

  • other requested information

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

7. Design Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, each package includes only the revisions specified in the package description.

Additional revisions or design requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. On-Site Consultations

Appointments are arranged individually.

If a consultation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, STUDIO DAMLA GmbH reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or the full consultation fee.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • provide complete and accurate information;

  • review designs promptly;

  • communicate requested changes within the agreed timeframe;

  • obtain any required permissions for construction or renovation work.

10. Product Recommendations

Design proposals may include recommendations for furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories, artwork, or other products.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, STUDIO DAMLA GmbH does not manufacture, sell, or guarantee these products.

Purchases are made directly between the client and the respective supplier.

Availability, pricing, delivery times, warranties, and product quality remain the responsibility of the supplier.

11. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, mood boards, renderings, layouts, floor plans, presentations, shopping lists, visualizations, documents, and design materials remain the intellectual property of STUDIO DAMLA GmbH unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered materials solely for their personal or agreed business purposes.

The materials may not be copied, sold, distributed, published, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Photography, Videography & Portfolio

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH may photograph and/or film completed projects for documentation, portfolio, editorial, educational, and marketing purposes, including publication on its website, social media channels, printed materials, presentations, design competitions, and other promotional platforms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, videos, and other visual content created by or on behalf of STUDIO DAMLA GmbH remain the exclusive intellectual property of STUDIO DAMLA GmbH or the commissioned photographer/videographer.

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH will not publish the Client’s full name, contact details, or exact property address without the Client’s separate written consent.

Photography is considered part of STUDIO DAMLA GmbH’s standard project documentation and portfolio process. If the Client does not wish the completed project to be photographed, filmed, or used for portfolio or marketing purposes, the Client must notify STUDIO DAMLA GmbH in writing before the commencement of the project.

13. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of interior design services, completed design work and digital services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests are assessed individually where legally required.

14. Limitation of Liability

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH performs all services with reasonable care and professional diligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STUDIO DAMLA GmbH shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;

  • loss of profits;

  • delays caused by third parties;

  • supplier failures;

  • construction defects performed by external contractors;

  • decisions made by third-party manufacturers or retailers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

15. Website

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, STUDIO DAMLA GmbH cannot guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date.

Website content may be changed without prior notice.

16. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for the purposes described therein.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts at the registered office of STUDIO DAMLA GmbH unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

STUDIO DAMLA GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
