US Kitchen Renovation
THE BRIEFOur clients, a family with two children wanted to have their kitchen renewed while respecting the existing architecture of the house built in the 1920’s in Washington US. The space needed both beautiful and family-friendly, creating a warm and relaxed setting for everyday life and gathering with family and friends.
What we didWe reimagined the kitchen layout to create a more open, functional and light-filled space. The existing guest toilet, which interrupted the flow of the kitchen and blocked a window overlooking the garden, was removed and relocated near the kitchen entrance. This allowed us to open up the garden side and align the windows at the same height, creating a stronger connection to the outdoors and a more harmonious architectural composition. A warm timeless palette of natural wood, marble and brass brings character and elegance to the kitchen, while custom furniture and carefully considered details complement the architecture of the home.
